In this session, participants will understand the business case for creating an inclusive workplace for all LGBTQ+ individuals based on changing demographics and future ways of work. From this understanding, best practices to create inclusion for the “LBTQ+” identities will be shared based on Mary Frances Winter’s 4E Model for Cultural Competency. Participants will be able to develop an inclusion strategy for LGBTQ+ employees in the workplace by not only leveraging employee resource groups but by engaging the entire organizational ecosystem to embed sustainable change and evolution for their workplaces.
